STATESBORO, Ga. – Senior 
Sandy Lochu and sophomore 
Rachida Kateb won the doubles consolation bracket Sunday at the Georgia Southern Invitational. 
 
After the duo defeated Anastacia Castro/Cait Schultz of SCAD 7-6 (1) Saturday to play for the consolation final.  The SSU duo defeated another SCAD doubles team of Karina Rovira and Eika Weber 7-5 in the final.
 
Also playing in the doubles was freshman 
Lili-Morgan Pastore and senior 
Bria Burrows and fell to mix doubles team of Nicole Gilner of Georgia Southern and Angie Dahnous of SCAD 6-0.
 
Burrows played an extra match in the second singles and fell to UNC Asheville Amalie Davidsen 6-0, 6-1, while Kateb fell to Camille Gbaguidi of SCAD 6-1, 6-1 in an extra match in the first singles.
 
Up next for the Lady Tigers is the final fall tournament at Mercer University from Friday until Sunday.
