Tigers Finish 6th At B-CU Fall Invitational

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla.- Savannah State finished 6th in the Bethune-Cookman Fall Invitational with a overall team score of 965.
The Tigers shot 322 in the first round followed by a 316 in round two and a 327 on the final day of action.
Low medalist for SSU was Tripp Walker who was 25th overall with a score of 236 (79+75+72). Ricky Williams finished right behind Walker in 26th place with a score of 238 (80+79+79). Daniel Hannina finished 32nd overall with a 243 (83+78+82), followed by Peter Teifer who was 35th overall with a 248 (80+84+84) and Craig Jarrell who was tied for 52nd with a 289 (98+94+97).
Florida Atlantic was the overall winner of the 10-team tournament with a score of 857. The individual winner was Stetson's Sam Ryder with a 208 (69+71+68).
